Notice is hereby given that the Elysian City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026, at City Hall, 110 West Main Street, Elysian, Minnesota at 6:20 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input on the request of Mike and Shyla Cassidy for an Off-Sale Liquor License for Pit Stop 60 Liquor, 205 State Highway 60 East.
All written and oral comments will be heard. Written comments may be dropped off at City Hall, mailed to Elysian City Hall at PO Box 246, Elysian, MN 56028, or emailed to lorri@elysianmn.com. Oral comments can be presented at the public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 as indicated above.

2026 Building Inspection Fee Schedule
Notice is hereby given that the Elysian City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026, at City Hall, 110 West Main Street, Elysian, Minnesota at 6:10 pm. The purpose of the hearing is to receive input on the update to the 2026 fixed fee schedule from the 2019 fixed fee schedule as proposed by City Building Inspection Services, LLC.
A copy of the fee schedule is available for review at City Hall. All written and oral comment will be heard. Written comments may be dropped off at City Hall, mailed to Elysian City Hall at PO Box 246, Elysian, MN 56028, or emailed to lorri@elysianmn.com. Oral comments can be presented at the public hearing on Monday, April 13, 2026 as indicated above.
