Notice is hereby given; the Elysian City Council will be holding a public hearing on Monday, October 13, 2025, at 6:10 pm in the Elysian City Hall, located at 110 Main Street West. The purpose of the hearing is to allow public input from citizens on proposed Ordinance No. 131/25 – An Ordinance Amending Elysian City Code §153.01 – Driveways (H) Surfacing Requirements.
A copy of the draft Ordinance is available at City Hall for public review. All written and oral comments will be heard. Written comments may be dropped off or mailed to Elysian City Hall, P.O. Notice is hereby given that the Elysian Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, at City Hall, 110 West Main Street at 6:00 pm for the purpose of considering the request of Cynthia Fenn (Nick Wolf), for the property located at 109 Willow Point Drive (PID# 16.416.0040), Elysian, Le Sueur County, Minnesota, for a variance to demo existing garage and build new garage on a substandard lot in the R-1 Shoreland Zone with a resulting impervious surface coverage of 28.77%.
