Elysian observed Memorial Day with a service at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Area native, Maj. Jay Morsching from Camp Ripley, gave the public address.
Participating groups included American Legion Post 311, Legion Auxiliary,
WEM High School Band, Boy Scouts, and many Elysian youth.
