Colton Schroer found the 4th of July medallion Monday, July 2 at approximately 7:30 p.m. The medallion, a gold medal on a red-white-and-blue ribbon, was wrapped in tin foil and taped to the underside of the trailer hitch on the beer and rootbeer wagon in the community tent. Schroer and his uncle, Nowell, made the find after reading the sixth clue and scouting around on Elysian's Main Street. Schroer gets to keep the medallion and also received a $100 check.

Medallion Hunt Rules
1. The medallion is hid on public grounds.
2. It is not in any of the flower pots on Main Street.
3. If you find the medallion, bring it to the Main Tent.
