Elysianites enjoy holiday cheer at community party
There may have been hundreds of people packed into the American Legion Club Rooms Thursday night, but the community Christmas party still had that welcoming, hometown Elysian feel. Residents enjoyed a buffet of holiday foods catered by local businesses as they took a break from the busy season to celebrate with neighbors and friends. The following merchants provided food for the party: Casey's, Ellie Gail's Bakery and Deli, Fischers Corner Bar, American Legion, The Bear's Den, The Pit Stop, The Store, and Tucker's Tavern.
