Annual Volunteer Recognition

September 2005

Each year, Mayor Evans honors those who have made a significant contribution to the Elysian community.

"Mayor's Medals of Honor" are bestowed during the annual Volunteer Appreciation Picnic.  

This year's recipients include: (left to right) Alena Wenker, Shirley Tetzloff, Meghan Houlihan,

Berniece Kuehn, Dick Conroy, Louise Hager, Kathy Roemhildt, Wayne Ingebritson and Al Peterson.

Berniece Kuehn was also honored for being Grand Marshal in the 4th of July parade.
