4th of July Celebration

Grand Parade

Grand Marshal Bernice Kuehn lead the 150-unit parade down Elysian's Main Street.

               Mayor Mack Evans and First Lady Jan                                               Miss Elysian 2005 Hana Kelly

 greet community members and tourists along the route.                  and her Attendants Tracey Carlsen and Hollie Wehr.

   Princess of the Lakes 2005 Lacey Roemhildt and her                            Abe Lincoln made his annual appearance

   Attendants Amber Kendall and Hailey Meyer-James.                                   in the Independence Day Parade.

      The Red Hat Club aboard their 4th of July float.                               The mascot from the Thirsty Beaver Bar.

The color guard and servicemen reminded parade-goers

of the significance of Independence Day.
